cvi 2017 network license doesn't work

I'm using cvi 2017 network license in my work.

A few days ago cvi stop opening, instead appears  Licensing Wizard window.

In the license manager, the cvi 2017 have a green point (see attached file).

Please your help

Hello,

 

I recently had the same issue you are having.  I spoke with a very helpful tech support engineer (Kevin Schrader) who helped me through this.  My understanding is that with NI License Manager 4.4 there is now a dependency on the version of the license server that must be run at your site for the proper license to be recognized.  In my case the issue was resolved by having my IT admin update the license server we are running.  Here are two links that Kevin had sent me that describe the issue (first link) and method to update the license server (second link).

Kevin was nice enough to send me a 30 day license key that I could use while waiting for the license server to be updated by IT.
