cannot uninstall CVI2010 disributed program

hi,

I have run into to a problem with CVI2010 distributed installation files. I cannot uninstall the previously installed program using control panel add/remove software tool. The installed software is on the list, but when trying to uninstall it nothing happens.

I attach error.log file I get using msiexec /x /lv command. I have installed software previously from same path as I'm trying to uninstall it.

I use the same configuration file for distribution settings as I did for previous version of CVI. Uninstall worked correctly in that time.

Any hint ?

If you're using a non-English Operating System, the reason could be this one.

Thanks Vix, I read your contribution in this forum to come so long as I have done so far.

We are using Swedish OS, but help in link you provided didn't help me. Same error still.

Sorry, I selected UK English by mistake and that didn't help. USA English works. I could uninstall the software. Thanks.
