A customer of mine is able to print because the print dialog is not working correctly. This feature seems to be working on other systems and was previously working on his system. I am unsure what exactly can cause this to happen. I have attached a picture of the print dialog

This looks like a mismatch between the CVI Run-Time Engine (c:\windows\system32\cvirte.dll) and one of its support files (c:\windows\system32\cvirte\bin\msgrte.txt). Normally this shouldn't happen, unless there was some installation glitch. Can you let us know the exact timestamp and version of cvirte.dll and also the timestamp and size of msgrte.txt in your customer's computer?

Luis,
Thank you for your response. Both files are dated 4/8/2009 10:00 am.

In that case, can you search the entire computer to make sure that there isn't another instance of cvirte.dll anywhere else? The directory where the application is located would be the most likely culprit.
