Hello!  does the worker thread  finished when execute at "return"of it?

After the scheduled thread function returns, the thread in which it ran goes into an idle state and waits for more work to be scheduled on the thread pool. You may want to look at the help topic "Using a Thread Pool to Run Code in Secondary Threads" for a general description of how thread pool thread scheduling works.
