Welcome background image

Hello,

I'm currently evaluating the Evaluation copy of LabWindows/CVI 2013 and I'm trying to experiment with the, "Welcome background image" dialog box, only it doesn't exist.  Is this tool not available in the Evaluation versions, or is there some method I need to go through to get it installed as part of the package?

I don't know about the evaluation version, in the regular version you can find it in the menu Build / Distributions / Edit ProjectName. In the center of this panel you will see the following

Select Edit... and the popup panel will show.
