Troubleshooting link errors

Hi,

I'm fairly new to CVI and have been assigned to install two existing applications on new systems.

Both applications show link errors.  For example:

1 Project link error

  Undefined symbol '_TS_CA_DisplayErrorInfo' referenced in...

I'm aware that this means something must be missing from the library, but what?  Other products have a reference of all functions and what file or object contains them.  Isn't there something like this for CVI?

It sounds like the CVI Source Code Browser might be what you are looking for.  Check out this KnowledgeBase: Does LabWindows/CVI Have a Cross-Reference Tool That Will Show Where Each Function and Variable Are ...
