Traditional NI-DAQ and CVI 2009

Has the traditional NI-DAQ drivers been depreciated with CVI 2009?  No matter what I have tried, I can't get past "File Not Found" for when I try to include dataacq.h.  I have the "Traditional Ni-DAQ" checked in the "Customize Libraries" box.  I noticed that I don't have new copies of easyio.lib or dataacq.lib installed with CVI 2009, and using the copies from the CVI 9.0.1 directory does not help.  I tried to reinstall Tradional NI-DAQ 7.4.4 drivers, but the installer refuses to do anything, presumably since it was run on the computer before.  I also tried installing the NI-DAQmx 9.0.2 drivers and that didn't help.  Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Traditional NI-DAQ works with both CVI 2009 and LabVIEW 2009 as I have verified its existence in both programs on my computer.  Have you tried going into Add/Remove Programs>>National Instruments>>Traditional NI-DAQ and modifying the installation to ensure CVI support is selected?  This will by default install to the most current version.  You may also want to verify the path as in the screenshot below.  DAQmx is the newer DAQ driver and has a completely different architecture hence why installing DAQmx did not fix your issue.

I had tried that, and even though the CVI support was checked and the directory was correct, the installer would finish after appearing to do nothing, as if all the NI-DAQ stuff was already installed.  This time, I tried unchecking CVI support, and the installer seemed to remove it and then rebooted the computer.  I re-ran the installer, checking the CVI support, and this time the installer did something.  After rebooting again the Traditional NI-DAQ is working with CVI 2009.  So it looks like something just got messed up and uninstalling/reinstalling the CVI support for Traditional NI-DAQ cleaned it up.
