Hi Mike,
The CVI ActiveX wizard , internally uses some forms or panels that are loaded
up when you start the wizard....sounds like for some reason that file has
got corrupted, and hence the appwizard cannot find it , and that's what the
message is..no way (that I know) out of this except a re-install of CVI....
