Hi,
I have serial # of the NI Labwindows V8.5.1 product.When I tried to activate the product using serial #, I got this message - "The Activation code "some 20 digit code" returned from National Instruments could not be applied to your Product. This could be because..... ".
I request you to please guide how to activate the product.

The easiest way to activate is through the NI License Manager
If at this point you have recieved an error, there are a number of things that could be wrong. You are not connected to the internet, your serial number is invalid, your serial number is for the wrong product, the activation server is temporarily down, etc. You should go to ni.com/activate or if you are unsuccessful there as well, you can contact ni.com/support.

or... your upgrading but the support subscription is suspended. Call NI.
