I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you meant by 'generated installation kits'. Did you mean you built an installer for a program you have written and built into an executable?
Also, have you tried the first steps listed in the following KB?

Does this error occur only with that one program or any program you run using the CAN driver? Finally, can you specify what device you are using, your LabVIEW version, and CAN driver version?
