Function Panels.

Is there any code to open the function panels for an instrument?  I can create UIR files to emulate the function panels.  

Then use LoadPanel.  However, this only works for UIR files. 

The .fp panel already has what I need.  So if this can be done let me know.

i am sorry that i have to confess that i do not understand your question. At least not the point of it....
Well, here are some infos on instrument drivers/applications:
- An instrument driver is a library of functions for certain interactions like VISA communications (this would be the VISA-intrument driver then).
- The .fp-file is a "tool" you can use during application developement to speed up your developement time or at least protects you from misspelling variables/constants if you use the select-tools.
- The instrument driver is not meant to be used as an interface for the customer using YOUR application.
