Hi folks,
i'm trying to build an executable that i can run on other machines so, i defined into the build menu that i want to make a "release", i checked into the target settings that i want the *.uir files into the .exe and than i builded the project.
So far no problems, i installed the NI runtime engine on the target machine put my.exe and all works flawless, after a week the project evolved i putted the language choice of the program (2 languages, in total are 6 .lwl files because i have 3 panels), i've done the same procedure listed above an when i put it on the targer machine was a total "snail" and for a program that is based on timing isn't a good thing.
Now i'm wondering why this happens since the program is exactly the same as before just with this "attachment" of languages files, so i tried to build also .dll and .lib files (without knowing exactly what i was doing) but the result was the same.
If anyone of u got some clues for help me out would be really appreciated.
Thanks for your attenction,
Fred.

Hi Fred and DD,
at the following links you can find a couple of tutorials that illustrate how you can include files in the installer and how you can create a localized application:
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5987
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4036
Could you have a look at them to check if you have followed the correct procedure?
Best Regards,
