web vi

Hello,

I am a LabVIEW 2011 user and I am trying to create a web VI for a project. When I do all the arrangements in the webserver and publish the VI, I manage to access it from the host computer. However, when I try to access it from other computer, it keeps redirecting the URL until the timeout expires. I would appreciate if you could help me solve this issue.

Hello Chicos,

Is the other computer in the same local network as you server computer? When you just publish a "web vi" you do it for a local network. So, in order to get you server accessed through the internet, you must configure you router for that.

You can follow the steps descibred in this KB to get it working.

Please, let me know if you're able to do this using the KB information.
