Hello yariv3G,

I made this by using a picture indicator and drawing lines and filled rectangles...

How to find the array bin: there should be a property of the indicator giving you the mouse position. From this you can calculate the array position. Yes, it involves some math 🙂

Here is an example with the color box array. The color box array is intialized with the color white. Every other array cell is used to hold result data. You could use a cluster array that contains the cell location (row, column in color box array) for each datapoint in the wafer map.
