viewing a front panel without labview

I have a cRIO-9073 that I'm using to control an oven. Everything works on my development computer but when I open a browser, on the computer that will be used at that oven, I can't get the front panel to show up. All I get is the border and Title blocks. The guy here that also does LV said that he used Run-Time Viewer??? I can't find anything like that. What am I missing? I attached the screen shot of what I'm talking about.

The computer at the oven needs LabVIEW and/or the LabVIEW Run Time Engine. There's hasn't been a "Viewer" for many years.

The image looks like you either don't have the Web Server running, or if it is, ActiveX has been blocked.

Thanks for the help. Found the runtime engine that I needed and all works great now.
