vi sever error 56

Hi all.

I am controlling a labview built application ( this site examples) using vi server.

Everything runs fine in development machine. When the executable is installed in a remote machine whith labview runtime only, I can not control it trhu the LAN. No firewalls.  error 56
tcp.enabled true and port are configured in ini file of exec.

I searched this site but found no solutions.



Should I install full labview in remote machine?. Is there any vi server runtime? Am I doing something wrong?.

This is timeout error. Check your firewall settings. May be it is not allowing the data to come in and your program is waiting for the data so causing timeout error.

U dont need to install labview to remote PC dont worry .
