vi controlled potentiometer

I want to replace the ten turn 20k potentiometer in my power electronics circuit with one that can be controlled with a LabView VI. I looked at some SPI based digital potentiometers and decided it was too complicated. Any suggestions? I also don't want to inject too much noise into my power electronic control loop.

Hi SVENN;

nearly nothing is too complicated for a LabVIEW - programmer.....
I looked to DALLAS DS1844-10 digital pot.;
it's SPI-Interface is not a big problem.
If you do not have special hardware it might be handled
via printerport; in case you need to avoid noise - use
optodecoupling in between PC and application.
You need suggestions - how an SPI via LPT has to
