Here you go.  They are in LV 8.2 which you can open in 8.5

There is a missing subVI.

Also, there was an error message about a CIN calling external code no longer being supported.

Why do you need to convert them from LV8.2 to LV8.5?  You can simply open them.

its not conversion from 8.2 its to 8.2 so i can open them, its from 4.0

Is it possible to update global variables? the one i need updated is attached if it is possible can someone please convert it? this should be the last conversion.

i had to add an .txt extention in order to upload it, romove the extention to return to normal

I don't know why you would have needed to change the extension to upload it.  What was its extension?  Something besides .vi?
