There is no list of third-party boards that are LabVIEW compatible. Most, if not all, can be used with LabVIEW. Many manufacturer's provide their own set of VIs and the ones that don't, you can write your own. If you have a piece of specific equipment in mind, provide that information or you can ask the manufacturer.
