Ok, I put autostart on Write.VI (with starting button it activates), initialized state machine shift register (if it's ok, there shouldn't be red dot on shift register?), and put false statment in case "2" to stop channels(LED), but it still doesn't make a difference. Sorry to bother you but really don't know what is wrong (probably my lack of programming experience)...

Thanks for all the help, really appreciate it!

 

I look at your VI and just added LED(its easier for me to understand dataflow) in step 2. In step 3 I gave false statment on same data, which should turn off LED? Still don't understand how to negate previus case?

I have finally managed to do what I wanted. Thanks everyone for help, especially ion.rosca!

 

I'm attaching VI if anyone is interested. (On front panel you have to select timings: 2, 4, 4, 6, 8).
