please, how can i use labview to design sensor like encoder sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, sonar sensor, infrared sensor, piezo, optical potentiometer, magnetic filed. etc. thanks

First, learn LabVIEW.  Second, learn about Sensors.  Spend time (you should at least be able to pass the CLAD exam) on these topics.
