          Can anyone plz attach a  simple working example for READING DATA from a USB port.

Use the LabVIEW Example Finder and search for USB.

You should find: USB RAW - Bulk.vi, USB RAW - Control.vi and USB RAW - Interrupt.vi

What device are you trying to read data from?

For instance, if it is a USB-to-Serial adapter, you can use native VISA Serial VI's to do the trick.

I found those examples.But it won't seems to be simple.Iam a beginner trying to read from the USB port for the first tine.Can you suggest some simple examples.

USB is not simple. You need to provide details on the actual device you are connecting to.

Do some research here. There have been an excellent set of ' nuggets' written by Intaris. Read them.
