upgrading into VISA 3.2

After installing LV7.1.1 and upgrading NIDAQ7.3.1 I have decided to install NI-VISA 3.2 And again I am receiving at each login message: "NI-PAL Service Manager encountered a problem and needed
to close". I have tried in two computers: same result.

i think you have to deinstall your complete LabVIEW and then yould should try the following sequence to install LabVIEW and needed components:

1. LV 7.1
2. NI-VISA 3.2
3. NIDAQ 7.3.1
4. LV 7.1.1 upgrade
