unable to install

Hi,

I'm trying to install Labview 8.5 and it is not the first install.

Windows 2000

I got this error at the beginning of the installation

this message pop on a small window

Fatal error.  Failed to open handle for D:\Bin\merge.bin

**************************************************************

😧 Is my CD/DVD ROM

If anyone can help 🙂

You may have a bad CD/DVD. Can you copy the files to your computer's hard disk to see if the files are readable?
