type and creator error 12

Hello all,

I'd like my VI (Change_properties.vi attached) to be able to change "type" and "creator",  every time I try to apply new strings (4 characters strings) I get an error 12 from the "Type and Creator" function.

    "Error 12 occurred at Type and Creator in Change_properties.vi
     Possible reason(s):
     LabVIEW:  Some system capacity necessary for operation is not enabled."

Could anybody explain me why ?

As the help for that functions says: "Windows and UNIX You cannot use file types and creators. Trying to set the type or creator of a file results in an error."
