hi everyone,

I have a basler camera in which I can set 4 ROI (region o interest) before starting the acquisition of the images. I have to acquire images of four moving white markers in a black screen. Is there a way to make the ROIs follow the markers?

You didn't even tell us what software you're using.  Plain IMAQ, IMAQdx, Vision Aquisition Software, Vision Builder???

you're right, I'm sorry. I'm using both IMAQdx and Vision Aquisition Software.

OK, with both of those, there are many options.  It's been a while since I've used the vision stuff, but there have been a few posts recently that di motion tracking.  Keep searching here and I will also see if I can find some of them...

Hopefully, we have some experts here that will chime in as well. 🤓

The Vision Development Module has 2 tracking examples (at least Vision 2014 has): Object tracking.vi & Optical Flow Feature Tracking.vi

It is however not the same license as Vision Acquisition Software.
