i was wondering how to achieve a time stamp from a queue.

In and of itself a queue doesn't really have a timestamp for the individual elements in the queue, in terms of when they were added. This doesn't mean you can't make it yourself by simply adding a timestamp to the element. Make your element a cluster, and have one of the elements be a timestamp. Voila!

You can't. That doesn't make much sense, unless you're dealing with a 2D array of clusters which have timestamps or a 2D array of timestamps. Please explain what you're trying to do more clearly.
