time/data string missing after building application

a good way to experiment is creating a time stamp control, and use an advanced formatting, here you have some direct insight of the results.
Or use a while loop where you edit the format string that is an input of the time string function.
Localization is a wonderfull thing, but in our company we have dutch PC's (with dutch notations using a comma as decimal sign), american PC's with US formatting (period as decimal sign) and mixes of these where the user has done some personal editing, can be a real pain....
