temperature control

i want to produce a code in which i can control two heaters and also i should have feedback signal via temprautre's sensors  to  be able to control the temperature  of the  objekt.
i didn't descide yet which sensor i should use but i want to ask firstly how can i make this code
 the princip is to switch two contactors( which connected to the heaters ) via
relays modul( NI PXI 2565    general purpose relay switch ) using Labview version 7.1 and when the temperatur excedes the required value the two heaters should be switched off  
the sensors will be connected to the device(  NI 4351 temperature / voltage )
