i want to extract the source value and measure value data from the wire and plot the table, how to make it?

Add a "build array" inside the For loop at the bottom of your diagram.

The 1-d array coming from this "build array" can then be wired to the For loop edge were the 1-d array can be (by default) autoindexed producing a 2-d array suitable for wiring to your table.
