switching from VLA to subscription license

I am in Information Technology and we recently purchased a subsription license for a user but he is still pointing to our old VLA license server how can I activate his subsription license?

To disconnect from VLA, in NILM, select Manage Volume License Server and delete the existing server address.

Now, choose to activate and enter your serial number or activation codes or login to your NI user account linked to the license.
