I have ELVIS traditional and LABVIEW 8.2.  Everthing is workding well, but I am having trouble finding stoplights.vi (and the related examples for ELVIS) on my installation.  I downloaded ELVIS 3.0.3 but this did not help.  I can find the usual VI's for ELVIS in the correct directories, but not the examples that go with the "Introduction to ELVIS" by Professor Paton.

I also left a reply on the discussion board where this issue is dealt with in discussion with "amasare".  I am not sure if that will come to your attention.
