That is not a LabVIEW question. It is a hardware question. You need to add a buffer between the USB-6009 and the valve coil. The details depend on the specifications of the valve. If it is a DC operated coil with a curretn requirement of less than 500 mA you may be able to use the ULN2003 and drive it from one of the digital outputs of the USB-6009. Do not connect the solenoid valve coil directly to the USB-6009. You might destroy the USB-6009.
