snap utility

Hello,

   Does anyone know where I can get the "snap utility"? Here is how it is used in a internet browser

http://crl00411/.snap?HP34970A_Data_Logger.vi

I have inherited some code from someone who inherited it from someone else and I cannot seem to find the "sanp utility". The link above allows the user to see the front panel of the vi in a internet browser.

Any ideas?

    I looked at this option and I am still confused. I have created a exe of the program that is used in the lab. The "Web Publishing tool" prompts you to point to a vi file. So what is the ".snap" in the URL above. Where does it come from?

Hello,

    As a result of talking to NI tech support I have found out that the ".snap" is a command that gets passed to the Labview runtime engine via the web browser that allows the static image of the named vi (assuming the vi is running. However I still do not have ot working yet...stay tuned for further details
