simulate a heater

hi, i'm neew to labview so any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to simulate a temperature control system but am finding it hard to simulate a heater. I need an incrementing source to represent the rise in temperature, but once it reaches a limit a fan will activate cooling the system down. The heater must be realistic though, as when you turn off a heat sourc, it doesn't cool immediately, but over a period of time. Any sugestions on how to accompish this?

Go to NI Example Finder and type in tank into search to list the examples that have a tank simulation.

This should get you started.
