simple Labview question

Hi  New to Lab view.... I need to created an display  Box  on my front screen for input called cycles. I need to enter a number in the box say like 5 .  I then need this box to updated the number of cycles my chamber runs in my lab. I will add one to the inputted to the number  5 then becomes 6 as the code counts the chamber running from hot to cold several times ..I see lab view has controls and indicators  which will work in this case....
