silver graph - plot legend changes its position when resizing the application window

I wanted to create a nice application using silver controls but I found the following issue: 

if scaling objects on front panel is allowed, the plot legend of silver graph is positioned erratically when changing the front panel size. The difference between silver graph and normal graph is on the screenshots. Any suggestion?:

You could try repositioning the legend programatically...

OK, but what if the user changes the window size while manipulating graph after data acquisition, i.e. after the VI finished execution?

Don't stop your program just because you are done acquiring data.

Mike, you are not going deeper into the problem, just chatting around. It seems to me that it cannot be done programatically (try to change the window size on the attached VI ). I was notified by the NI staff that the bug will be corrected in the next issue of labview.
