setting properties for compiled programs. Overriding vi properties

I know I have seen the menu to do this but now I can't find it when I want it  Just want to set the executable to run when opened as opposed to having the vi run when opened in development.  Using LV8.5 and I know it's out there somewhere but it's late and I'm frustrated. Someone please point it out for me???  thanks, Mike
