serial key is not working

I used labview 2018 sp1 for quite a while,  I have an activation license and it's working, last month I install other version of labview , I don't know if it has something to do with my situation now, but my vision assistant keep saying that I need to activate it, when I put in the serial key, it says invalid serial number but it works months before. Anyone know how to solve this? attached pic below :

If you have installed other versions of LabVIEW,  it is trying to activate the other LabVIEW you installed with the 2018 key.

I think the primary reason is that it could not reach the activation server. Is the computer connected to the internet? Are there a very restrictive firewall policies? Anything else changed?

is changing region the problem?
