hi bro i want to know can labview send a short message to another PC through internet. Can someone help me to make this program?

Yes, LabVIEW can be used to send messages to other computers over the network, either local or wide. Look at the TCP/IP examples in the LabVIEW examples. There are complexities, based on whether you are trying to talk through firewalls, etc. which are entirely dependent on the individual circumstances of each case.
