my question is how to save the last value of the indicator and crush other old values with excel or access

You don't have anything in that VI to save anything so your exact problem is not clear. If you wire the result out through the while loop, you will have the last value and can do the save when the loop completes. Saving to Excel is different than saving to a dabase so you will have decide which you want to do. I'm assuming that by crush, you mean overwrite a previous value.

 

Edit: It seems you have been working a long time on a pretty small issue.

write to your file (the value) outside your while loop, after front panel user stop command....
