runtime size 8.2.1

I've downloaded the LV 8.2.1 runtime for windows from ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/runtime/windows/8.2.1 and was stunned by it's size just 23 MB while the old RTE was 91.5 MB...
So I'm wondering is this a all?

The LV 8 RTE has two versions - the basic version is 20-something MB and can be used for remote panel control. The full version is 80-something MB and includes the analysis VIs, etc.

I'm guessing that it's the same for 8.2.1 and that you simply got the basic RTE (which should allow you to run some applications).

The problem is th FTP site doesn't provide the 'Full' RTE.
