Hi there,

Once you switch from running in interactive mode (by pressing run from the vi in the project) to a startup executable you will need a network protocol to communicte between your RT system and your host computer.  There are a couple different ones available including Network Published Shared Variables, UDP, TCP/IP, and network streams.  Which of these if any are you using?  More information on networking protocols can be found at Using the Right Networking Protocol

Enabling Remote Debugging in your Real Time Application can help to troubleshoot why it is not running.  More information can be found at Remotely Debugging Executables in LabVIEW and Debugging a Stand-Alone Real-Time Application (Real-Time Module).

Do you see any messages when you set your RT Application to Run As Startup when right clicking the build under Build Specifications?  Does it say "Fail to Load VI" or anything along those lines?
