hello eveyone.i am using PXI e 8108 controller. in RT mode with 6358 acquisition card and i want to control with laptop.the version of the NI DAQ mx 9.5 in installed on the RT system and in host i m having 9.3.5 version driver of DAQ mx. can i  communicate with that device or i need to uninstall 9.5 and reinstall with 9.3.5. ? need help

You have to change the version installed on the RT. Just format the RT and install whatever the version that is available in the development PC.

thanks for reply, but my question is if i uninstall  9.5 version from that RT and reinstall with 9.3.5 will it work or i need to uninstall some thing else from it.i would like to go to format for last option?

Yes you can try uninstalling the softwares in RT through MAX and install the software from the Host without formating.
