How does one request installation DVDs for LabVIEW 2015 as well as the DVDs for the Drivers?

Call your local NI sales representative!

(Or buy the latest version of LabVIEW to get the DVDs delivered to you.)

Not sure if you are aware of this or not... but if you aren't, you can download LabVIEW from ni's website

http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/n1:2015,ssnav:pdl/q/labview%...

and then download the drivers you need from NI and elsewhere and make your own DVD for installation if you require DVD installation, or USB
