remote front panel licence?

I'm building an application that will run on a industrial computer without a monitor or keyboard. The engineers at the site need to be able to view my front panel on there office computers to monitor the line. The ideal way to do this would be to just set up a web page that will display the info and let them control the User interface without having to install any third party software (including labview).

Does each engineer need there own licence for Remote Panel and do they have to install the Real time driver if I want to use the embeded option? Basically they need to be able to flip between a few tabs and view both live data and historical data.

The only other way I can come up with is build a second .exe and give it to each engineer which will connect to the remote computer, but I'd rather not have to install anything on there computers.

Thanks for the help
Matt

I was thinking about doing that but I wanted a more refined way to do it because this is being developed for a client. Thanks for the help!

does anyone else have a good solution?

Whether you use remote panels or distribute an executable, the client will have to install something. The remote panel option requires the installation of the LabVIEW run-time engine. An executable also requires the run-time engine as well as the exe itself. The run-time engine itself does not require any addtional licenses but the remote panel may. It depends on your version of LabVIEW (basic, full, pro) and how many clients will be connected at the same time.
