Finding something that will work with LabVIEW 6.1 may be a little tough concidering it is over 13 years old. But you might want to give the guys at Pickering a call.

Keithley and HPAgilent Keysight both sell standalone switching units that have plug-in matrix cards. Some (most?) of the systems have GPIB, as well as USB and Ethernet, so even an old version of LabView should be able to talk to them.
