Draw the missing wires!
You'll see they automatically get auto-indexing tunnels. Then right click the tunnels and make them conditional. Wire up the green boolean wire.
Then proceed to doing some LabVIEW tutorials.

The Forum is a place to do several things:
The Forum is not the place to get someone to do your Homework for you, nor is it the place to get someone to "write the program that my boss needs, or I'm out of a job".
We are happy to help beginners to Learn LabVIEW. Learning, however, is an "active" process -- you need to do the "learning", which means that you need to take a class, take Tutorials (available here on the Forum and also on the Web), find a "LabVIEW Guru" and apprentice yourself for several days to get a quick start, but above all, to write and test your own VIs.
