ramp with desired step amount

hi everyone,

I need to make a ramp function, where I can control the min, max, and the steps amount, and it shows like the red lines in the picture. I think I can use the ramp pattern.vi, but I just dont find the idea to play with the samples and make it like the red lines. Any suggestion?
