Hello!
I´d like to know what´s the best way of creating a message box  with a "Please Wait" message that opens at some point and closes automatically after a sequence code?

Are you having a pop up message box in mind??
 
my suggestion would be, keep a string indicator on front panel itself, make it appear and disappear like this
